On Friday 1st November we visited the Village of Eyam in Derbyshire as part of our topic on The Plague. We had lots of answers to find in the museum and enjoyed a short film on the history of Eyam. After lunch we explored the village and found the houses that related to our learning. We were very lucky to be invited into Church to see the cake exhibition that had been replicated of the village of Eyam.  Visit the link below to view the BBC clip.

In our Science topic Electricity, we have been drawing and making simple circuits. We used a single cell, lamp and wires to make a bulb light up. The children experimented with extra circuits to make a series of lamps light up. We used our prediction skills beforehand to test our theories.
