  Well we've done it again! This is our 4th Green Flag! 

  A massive thank you goes to Mrs Johnson and our Eco Committee.

  The assessor was so impressed with all that we're doing here at Leigh St Mary's ...she said she would like to put our school on the National Eco newsletter as a great example of best practice!

  We are really enjoying Health Week this week, we've had lots of visitors in school and we've tried lots of new things.

• Art work on display in school

  Mrs Wells worked with lots of children during our Multi Cultural week and this is the amazing result! 

  The piece is called Share our similarities. Celebrate our differences.

• Sports Day Postponed

  Apologies for postponing the Sport's Afternoon tomorrow afternoon. The weather forecast is saying it will rain all through the night and in the morning. Tried to give everyone as much notice as possible. Let's hope for better weather in July.

  Year 3 hosted their very own art gallery today. The paintings have been inspired by the artist Georgia O'Keeffe. Well done Y3!

  

• Multi Cultural Week

  Lots of wonderful activities for the children to experience this week. We've been food tasting, creating fantastic pieces of artwork, writing our names in Arabic, research and dancing...to name a few! Take a look!
