• Contemporary Dance for Easter

  Reception and Year 1 have had a super day retelling the Easter story of Jesus rising from the grave through dance. They performed their wonderful contemporary dance to an audience at the end of the day. Thankyou to Miriam who led the children in this expressive art performance.

  Spike has designed and made this fantastic Easter Garden today. Well done Spike...I'm sure your class will enjoy looking at your garden and will think about the different parts of the Easter story   

  

• Leigh St Mary's Dance!

  Amy Burdon from WigLe dance worked with 3 local primary schools creating dances from around the world. Our dancers were tasked with learning 'Capoeira', a brazillian street dance. The girls had just 3 sessions to perfect their routine, and loved the challenge of learning a different style of dance. They performed at Bedford High School in front of a full audience tonight and did extremely well.
